An apple a day...

Stand upright, feet roughly thirty inches apart, toes duck footed out, yes?

No hunching. Make sure your shoulders are straight over your hips, spine straight.

Put your hands on your hips, thumbs pressing into your lower back, hard, one either side of your spine.

Inhale. Whilst inhaling, arch backwards, a mini backbend, hands firm against your hips and thumbs digging into flesh.

Exhale. Whilst exhaling, bend forward, all the way down, looking, not at the floor, but between splayed legs.

Inhale and come all the way back up and over, hands still hard as rock.

Repeat three or five times.

Do ye not feel the blood living in your veins?

hmmm Tried last night and again this afternoon. I must be doing something wrong. I felt nothing in particular... I thought it might induce dizziness. Not even that.

At the gym I do back lifts. Jump up a little onto a padded rectangle face down, wiggle forward until hip bones are over the egde, body weight resting on thighs, calves up againt a padded bar to hold the position, torso out in the air straight as possible. Cross arms, hands on shoulders, Inhale. Exhale while swinging torso down so that upper body is at right angle to floor. Inhale while swinging torso up to level again using back muscles. Stay straight steady and controlled. Repeat 15 times. Wiggle back and hop down. Rest 30-45 seconds, resting head on forearms on the pad for the first few seconds while the blackness clears.

Repeat.

Feels great, if dizzy inducing for a few moments.

It should bring on a head rush, yes.

It commonly does.

It should, should it? I think I'll refrain in that case!
