Oh my, Mater needs much work. Well, not really-- Mater wants much work. Stripping wallpaper, painting, I want shelves and/or shoe boxes in all of the closets, the outside doors repainted, a deck would be nice... so when can you move in? I can wait until you have your shelves done, and allow enough time for a cross-country train ride, but I really need to get started so make it quick, please.
