Swooning

Rian's Heartsister has had a very bad day. She phoned Rian from a taxi on the way to the ER, a screaming Youngest Daughter in the background. The child had apparently tangled with a folding chair, in the process ripping the nail and much of the skin from her littlest finger.
Hearsister said the blood was quite literally spurting. Even more frightening for Rian, who was safely gore oblivious, was the announcement that Youngest Daughter had gone from screams to a dead faint.
Rian nearly swooned in reaction.
All is well now and...eh...the weather is Lovely.
