Because Dr. Lorimer wanted Spike pictures. They are not wonderful, as there was stable dust on the lense and Rian was Alone at the barn today.

The dust makes it look authentic.
Why is he called Spike?
Rian has no idea. He may have come with it off the race track. I understand he was quite 'energetic' when Young.
How tall is he?
Hmm. I miss being in a stable.
Somewhere between 16 and 17h. He is not the tallest in the barn, but one of the stretchier.
Rian never realized how much I missed the stables until I went back. Very calming.
Awww... *sniffle* Ata wants to hire a horse, now.
