Today's Helpless Mantra
To be said in Black tones:
I shall not fall prey to petty hurts and jealousies. I shall not fall prey to petty hurts and jealousies. I shall not fall prey to...
I shall not fall prey to petty hurts and jealousies. I shall not fall prey to petty hurts and jealousies. I shall not fall prey to...

Big Box, Niched
It is surprisingly Large, especially when one is trying to lift it straight eight inches off the floor over the baseboard and onto the built in pedestal.
Also, the room is so small Rian could not zoom out enough to get the entire thing. But I am pleased.
And once I craft the actual shelves and then put up surrounding trim it will look indeed as thought it Belongs.
And...Flowyks...Rian is already mentally picking Books That Deserve The Shelf.

Asana
"Asana means seat or position. Asana refers to the full expression of mind-body integration in which you become consciously aware of the flow of life energy in your body. Performing asanas in full awareness is practice for performing actions in life with awareness."

Young Black Sheep
About a month ago Young Black Sheep reluctantly checked himSelf into inpatient therapy.
Last week, during a birthday party, his parents mentioned that in a month or two he may be moving into a supervised living situation. Which costs money. Like the inpatient therapy.
Apparently insurance does not pay a very large percentage of the cost. So YBS's parents are now thinking that they may have to sell their lovely family home to pay for his care.
Why, Rian wonders, does one have children at all? Surely they are only doomed to break the heart.
